A romantic detached one bedroom barn conversion,  The living area boasts a cosy wood burner, perfect after a spell outside in the winter, and has wonderful views across the Devon landscape towards Tamar Lakes. This superbly presented cottage also has a private enclosed rear garden, a quiet spot to relax with refreshment in this tranquil rural area.

All ground floor with internal steps. One bedroom with a superking size bed, leading to an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, basin and toilet. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Services: Wood burner (first basket of logs included in price). Electric storage heaters. Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, DAB  Radio. Elec hob. Private garden with patio & furniture.
